Second Chance Cycles Manager

David has 40 years of management experience spanning Commonwealth and state governments, and the community and private sectors. He has extensive experience conceptualising, developing and managing a range of programs designed to assist Victorians experiencing disadvantage, in areas including crime and violence prevention, job creation, education and training, youth affairs, Indigenous affairs, and community engagement.

He contributes to Vacro’s policy and program development and helps repair bicycles at Second Chance Cycles and sees his position as an opportunity to return to where it all began: helping people directly.
